Nairy is a strategic marketer with a passion for innovation. This passion was ignited in the early years of her career in the Fast Moving Consumer Packaged Goods industry working with both global and Australian brands. Later as a Marketing academic she had access to the leading minds in innovation and the opportunity to work with both multinational and entrepreneurial innovators.
More recently in her consulting career, Nairy has worked closely with management teams across a wide range of industries including the Life Sciences, MedTech, Agribusiness, IT&C, Tourism, Professional Services, Education and FMCG. These engagements have resulted in the identification of new opportunities, and the development of new strategies, products and services.
Previously Nairy has been both a Principal Consultant in the Australian arm of Strategyn and an Executive Director of International Technology Partners Worldwide. Prior to her consulting career, Nairy spent 10 years in Strategic Marketing Management, Innovation and Customer Insight with some of the world's leading FMCG companies building brands that have stood the test of time. She has also spent over a decade in academia at both Monash University and RMIT University where she led the delivery of the Marketing Management, Product Innovation and Marketing Research streams, lectured extensively in South East Asia and implemented professional training programmes for large corporate clients.
Nairy holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Monash University in Melbourne.
Michael is a Director of Cogentum's Australian office and brings extensive customer insight experience to develop growth and innovation strategies.
Michael's experience spans a wide range of industries including the Life sciences, Financial Services, Energy and Water Utilities, Diversified Manufacturing Services, Consumer Goods, Automotive and Telecommunications.
Michael's experience includes acting as Principal Consultant at Strategyn and as a Senior Consultant at Mercer. Michael also has experience as a Director in a start-up technology business which he successfully exited from. He has worked worked in senior roles with some of the world's leading marketing and communication companies and was responsible strategies and award winning campaigns behind a number of national and international brands.
Michael holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University of Technology and Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance from Monash University in Melbourne.
Bill is a specialist in multivariate designs including choice modelling, market segmentation and perceptual mapping. His core area of expertise is the design and analysis of data for strategic decision making. He specialises in the statistical analysis of a range of data types and has a real understanding of both methodological issues and analytical techniques involved.
In his work in this area, the focus is on providing useful information and insights for management decision-making. His primary objective is to provide practical and credible results in the interface between managers and their various decision support systems.
Bill has extensive commercial and public sector experience across a wide range of industries, including education, transport, banking, telecommunications and marketing. He subscribes to the view that multi- disciplinary and cross functional approaches can provide strategic insights in decision making challenges.
He ensures that he is up to date and ahead of trends by being involved in several postgraduate programs at leading Victorian universities.
